Some Golden Ink Beauty Academy courses may include a physical kit or products that are shipped to the student.

Physical course kits may be shipped directly by Golden Ink Beauty Academy or by a third-party supplier or fulfilment partner on our behalf.

Shipping times may vary depending on the student's location, stock availability and the fulfilment provider. Any estimated shipping timeframe provided at checkout or after purchase is an estimate only and may be affected by postal or courier delays.

Students are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Golden Ink Beauty Academy is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If your kit has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact Golden Ink Beauty Academy so we can assist with tracking and resolving the issue.
